Shelter Facilities Manager (Ikota Lekki) – N100,000 – N150,000
The Shelter Facilities Manager will be responsible for the maintenance of facilities to ensure that they meet the needs of The Shelter, its guests and its employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Respond to The Shelter’s maintenance needs and keep Management aware of all such needs
• Ensures The Shelter’s compliance with Health, Safety, Security and Environmental Standards
• Manage The Shelter’s relationships with Artisans/Service Providers e.g. Security, Cleaning, Catering,
Technology, etc.
• Supervise The Shelter’s Cleaning, Catering, Security and IT Teams
• Develop and maintain a log of The Shelter’s maintenance needs and costs
• Ensure that basic facilities, such as water, electricity and internet connectivity are well-maintained
• Oversee The Shelter’s renovations and/or refurbishments as may be required

Academic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree holder in Estate/Facilities Management or Civil/Electrical Engineering preferred.

Experience in Related Field: 2 years of facilities management or vendor and/or artisan supervision preferred

Remuneration: Between N100,000 and 150,000 per month (net of tax) + Medical cover via HMO.
